Order Requests
Website estimates and submitted orders are requests until AllPoint Visual confirms scope, date, access, airspace, payment, and any special requirements.
Scheduling
Preferred dates and times are availability requests, not guaranteed bookings. Automated scheduling drafts, text messages, or email replies are assistive tools; the final appointment is confirmed only after AllPoint Visual approves the time, scope, travel, access, weather, and safety requirements.
Scope
Each order is limited to the selected package, approved add-ons, listed service address, and written notes confirmed by AllPoint Visual. Extra locations, extra time, rushed edits, revisions, or new deliverables may change the final price.
Payment
Deposits, balances, refunds, and cancellations are handled according to the confirmed estimate or invoice. Final files may be held until required payment is complete. Stripe or another payment provider may process payment details; AllPoint Visual does not store full card numbers.
Travel
Travel is estimated from the AllPoint Visual home base to the service address and back. ZIP quotes are preliminary. The final service address, route availability, parking, site access, and additional stops can affect the confirmed price.
License
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive a usage license for the delivered media related to the ordered project. AllPoint Visual retains copyright and may retain portfolio rights where legally allowed. Raw files, project files, and unused takes are not included unless confirmed in writing.
Revisions
Standard editing is included according to the selected package. Revisions outside the original scope, advanced retouching, re-edits, music changes, or alternate cuts may require a new quote.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate addresses, access instructions, scheduling contacts, safety notes, and permission to photograph or film the requested location, people, products, vehicles, or event. For real estate work, the ordering party is responsible for listing, homeowner, tenant, HOA, venue, and MLS permissions.
Limitations
AllPoint Visual may decline, reschedule, or adjust work when conditions, permissions, safety, airspace, privacy, venue rules, or legal restrictions make the requested service impractical or unsafe.
