Information Collected
Order requests may collect name, email, phone, service address, ZIP, Google place details, MLS/listing reference, preferred scheduling windows, reference or shot-list links, project notes, selected services, travel estimates, payment status, and delivery details.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to estimate, schedule, shoot, edit, deliver, invoice, support, prevent mistakes, maintain order history, and manage AllPoint Visual orders.
Service Providers
Depending on configuration, the site may use Google for sign-in, address search, route lookup, and calendar events; Stripe for payments; Resend for email; Slack for internal order alerts and Aime review escalations; Twilio for optional scheduling text messages; OpenAI for scheduling draft assistance, Aime customer support, and operations assistance; and approved MLS, gallery, cloud storage, or delivery providers for listing and file workflows.
Aime AI Assistant
Aime may answer customer questions, draft messages, summarize order details, suggest appointment windows, and route support items to AllPoint Visual for review. Final appointment confirmation is approved by AllPoint Visual before being sent to the customer.
Accounts and Cookies
The site uses secure session cookies to keep customers signed in and connect orders, invoices, summaries, and delivery links to the correct account. Signing out clears the active session cookie.
Payments
Payment details are handled by Stripe or the configured payment provider. AllPoint Visual stores order payment status, provider references, checkout links, and invoice links, but does not store full card numbers.
MLS and Property Data
MLS data is used only when authorized by the relevant MLS, broker, agent, client, vendor contract, or data license. Private MLS data should not be scraped or uploaded without permission.
Retention
Order records, contact details, delivery links, and related notes may be retained for customer support, accounting, dispute handling, and repeat-service convenience unless deletion is required or approved.
